This a hatha style class that is designed to support and challenge students of all shapes, sizes, and abilities; showing modifications and adjustments throughout to accommodate and support you. The class is designed to come from a place of inclusivity and body positivity that will help you break free from limiting thoughts and attitudes toward your body and body image. We will celebrate diversity and you will be offered the opportunity to practice in a safe and sacred place for compassionate self-exploration. No yogi will be left behind. OR I can do a talk on Gut Health again :)
