The ancient yogis referred to two of the yoga postures as the "king and queen"— headstand (king) and shoulderstand (queen). In this class, we'll learn how to properly approach these two poses, warming up & stabilizing the shoulders and turning on the core. Learn the poses' benefits, discover proper alignment, and feel the freedom of being upside down as we cultivate stability & ease in Yoga's King & Queen postures.
