Yoga on the Mountain 2019

Take a break and digest your lunch with us. We will start off with a cup of lovely CBD tea, and hear briefly about the health benefits that CBD products can offer. We will then stretch out for a relaxing session of Yin Yoga. Yin Yoga is a passive style of yoga, where all the poses are done sitting or reclining and each pose is held for about 3-5 minutes. By passive, I mean that we will just put ourselves in the shapes and relax, no need to try.  Nothing to prove. This length of time really gives your body a chance to settle in and reap the benefits. This style of class is perfect for live music. You’ll be transported to a beautiful place listening to the sweet sounds of Tyler’s guitar. Johanna will be gliding around the room like a little massage fairy, doling out neck and shoulder rubs. We feel that this will be a great way to restore yourself in the middle of the day. You should leave relaxed and rested, and ready to take on the rest of the festival.
