I have been offering yoga classes in the River Valley since 2012 at different studios, gyms, and community centers. My personal studio, Yogaterrium, has been open since 2015 and I opened a second location in 2019 to better serve my community. I am grateful the opportunities the studios allow me to give back to my community through more than just teaching yoga classes. I originally studied in Sivananda yoga getting my first 200 RYT in 2012 in the Bahamas. After a few years of teaching I completed my second 200 RYT with Yandara Yoga in Baja, Mexico with a more heart centered focus on teaching in 2014 and then returned to Yandara in 2018 for my 300 RYT. I enjoy hosting workshops, retreats and classes with intention on pranayama, meditation and relaxation. In the summer/fall of 2017 I purchased my 13 piece set of crystal singing bowls in the seven chakra key notes. The crystal bowls have easily become my new main interest. I most often play the singing bowls for full moon or chakra meditations. I love the sounds and vibrations created by the bowls and the deep meditative state they help induce. I am honored to hold space for those seeking to practice diving deeper to connect to your higher Self.
