Stacey Reynolds

Blue Yoga Nyla
Yoga Therapist
Little Rock, AR
Stacey’s yoga journey began in 1997. Suffering from chronic illness, she was down physically for two years. The physical suffering caused her life-long battle with anxiety and depression to hit a new low. She credits “something greater than herself” for guiding her to the healing possibilities of yoga. She began practicing and almost immediately began to heal. In her personal practice, as well as in her teaching, Stacey’s motivation is healing.
Stacey began teaching in 2001, free of charge to the community. After nine years of teaching in that capacity, she opened her own studio, Blue Yoga Nyla, located in the Park Hill neighborhood of North Little Rock. Many of the people who began a personal yoga journey with her all those years ago are still with her today.
Stacey is passionate and committed to serving others, helping to facilitate healing in the mind, body, and spirit. She serves special populations, including those with trauma, addiction, and grief. Blue Yoga Nyla serves as a refuge for the “walking wounded” with a mission to make yoga available and accessible to all through a wide variety of classes and a pay-what-you-can option for daytime studio classes. Her work teaching senior adults for over 21 years has given Stacey a vast understanding of the aging body and considerable insight into the progression of those who begin a yoga practice later in life.
